Sizing
Wrap a tape measure around your lower spine or pelvis at the level you will be wearing your Smileybelt back support.
Record this measurement in the drop down box on the order form.
If the measurement is in between the options drop to a smaller size if ordering over 105cm, and go to nearest size if ordering 100cm, 95cm or 90cm .

When you get your Smileybelt, wrap it around your body and pull the velcro ends forward to take up the stretch and then fold over the velcro ends.
Comfort is important - it should not be too tight.
